I’m not sure about this being still accepted as fact. The prosecution had expert witness testimony contradicting the time that the search was done, saying she searched that once O’Keefe’s body was found.

She's clearly guilty as sin and this crime podcast and netflix-fueled conspiracy nonsense has rotted women's brains.
Whether she did or not, the investigation is so bad and so biased, she will be found not guilty.
I hope the troopers get fired and significant reform is made.
The investigation was not biased, but it was bad. She clearly hit him with her car.

Anyone who believes that or any variation of that needs their head examined.
It doesn’t seem premeditated. Either a drunken fight or some accident they wanted to cover up after a night of drinking. These aren’t the smartest people ever. Nevertheless, the cops moved, two smashed their phones the day before the subpoena and one’s girlfriend googles about death 3 hours before the body is found.

Again, ANY variation of let’s pin this on his wife we hate is the dumbest nonsense I’ve ever heard. Your brain has been turned to mush by conspiracy podcasts and Netflix series.
