coQ10 (since I take a statin)

I remember to take them probably 3 times a week.

"Vitamin C (per my gastroenterologist)"
Very interesting. What do they think the C helps with?

Vitamin C helps with constipation. It can also make your stomach more acidic to help digest food.

People have been fermenting foods for thousands of years. There are scientists who also believe fermented food plays a roll in human evolution. Until recently, people also ingested soil based probiotics regularly, but we aren't exposed to them anymore due to how clean our food is. It actually does make sense to at least supplement soil based probiotics.

I’m surprised more women do not take creatine.
It is perhaps one of the oldest supplements out there and mostly men have used it for decades when in reality women benefit from it more since we have have lower natural levels.

It helps with muscles and most importantly, cognitive functions.

After taking magnesium for about 5 months, I’m taking a break.
It did help my sleep and relaxed me at night.
But I started to feel TOO relaxed during the day.
Exercise and just going about my day became hard.
Not sure this was caused by the mag, but it can cause lethargy in some people

Vit D, magnesium, B-12, and potassium.

All doctor instructed as my bloodwork indicated that I was too low on them.

Doc told me the only vitamin he recommends universally is vitamin D.
