Bottom quartile is 720V and 750M so 1480 is just over 25th percentile, not near 50th…still, the fact that a high percentage don’t submit is helpful.

I don’t think it is correct. They are all around 35 percent for ED1.
I can’t find my sources but when I was looking last year they all had combined ED1/ED2 of about 25%…I assumed that meant approximately ED1 of 30% and ED2 of 30% (roughly).
