+1 my husband used to wear khaki cargo shorts and i thought they looked pretty bad. then he bought himself some jean shorts and now he wants to wear them all the time. i usually try not to interfere with how he wants to dress himself. but i do have eyes!

Because thanks to Insta, people feel they can "order up" to their exact standards or needs. Or they can just show their partner a video with five steps of how to completely change yourself in anywhere from 1 hour to two weeks.

It really depends on the exact color, cut, fit and what they are styled with.

Khaki shorts are about as normal and unoffensive as you can get.

Shorts are inherently feminine and immature. And most men have ugly legs. Nice pants are so much more masculine.

There are lots of nice breathable pants these days. And frankly, if you’re hot in pants, you’d be hot in shorts.

Honestly never thought about it. Just as I don’t care what women wear, I don’t care what men wear either. Leave them alone.

My husband doesn’t wear khaki shorts. I’ve never thought about them looking dorky. Just preppy.

The look that should be banned is polo shirts on women. No woman looks good in a polo. They make us look broad across our shoulders and chest in a very unflattering way.

He doesn't need to dress for you. He is going golfing with his friends and is likely wearing the same thing as half the guys on the golf course.
