Merlin, from the BBC in 2008-2013.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merlin_(2008_TV_series)

It was designed to be "three generation TV – that's TV you can watch with your grandparents and children."

Used to be on Netflix, but I think that's over. It's currently on Peacock, AppleTV, Amazon Prime, Fandango, Sling TV, BritBox, and some other places.

My 8 and 10 year old love “Young Sheldon.” I wouldn’t say it is inappropriate but there will are topics about life they don’t understand and will ask questions about. It has led to some interesting discussions but nothing they shouldn’t know! Lol.

Just seconding Inbestigators (Netflix) which I first heard about on DCUM. It's a go-to/rewatch for my 9 year old.

Big City Greens

The first two listed have great story arcs and are very funny. The 2nd two are just funny.

I have a 9 and 11 yo and both enjoy all of these. I admit, I also find We Bare Bears funny.

They also enjoyed The Middle - and I also let them watch Young Sheldon bc I haven’t seen anything inappropriate.

+1 for Avatar. I enjoy it even as an adult.

Every now and then he goes back to Dino Dan and its spin-offs.
