Is your kid going to have to get rabies vaccine if they cannot confirm the dog's vaccination status? Police or animal welfare or both should be using the email and other means to find the dog.

Wait a year and then sign them up for every spam newsletter you can think of. But you have to play the long game and wait so that they don't know it was you. I did this with a recruiter who refused to reschedule a job interview that I cancelled when I was very sick.

I've definitely felt a desire for revenge before. Someone told me "Revenge is a dish best served cold"-and it's true.

I have a common/joke email and so we get signed up for a lot of spam and it's people signing up for shopping sites/political stuff/job applications and websites (weird because it's our email so they couldn't respond even if they got a job offer)/sex and dating sites. None of it affects our lives so it doesn't really get anyone back.

If you know their physical address I think that would be better to utilize.

PS it you went to a hospital for it- they ask the owner info/rabies status so this isn't on you.

No, you need to wait a month or so and then sign the email up for a bunch of spam/junk mail. Enter every online contest you can find with it.

My 11 yo son was bit in the face by a neighbors dog and I have gone through identical revenge fantasies.
