Now the union is fighting again. Management pulled one last week. People now going back a day and a half or some nonsense.

To be clear, it is now two days per week and only needs to be in the office during core hours. Better than 3x a week.

Right. And the union is yelling again about it. Those people do nothing and should go back to work

Agree that union needs to actually do something. All talk so far.

+1. Hopefully, the union fights further. The 3 days/week starting position of management was never real, so getting it to 2 days/week is really just a starting point. Still way out of line with peer agencies.

If union doesn't get fully remote for us then we need a new union.

The union needs to stop fretting about how many days they can work at home and more on unfairness. Unfair position descriptions, unfair workloads where those who do work there are just dumped on, age discrimination by management. Just an incredibly crummy work environment.

People who hang around doing nothing and won’t leave causing others to do their work. It’s awful.

Which agency did you lateral to?
