+1. Hopefully, the union fights further. The 3 days/week starting position of management was never real, so getting it to 2 days/week is really just a starting point. Still way out of line with peer agencies.

The union needs to stop fretting about how many days they can work at home and more on unfairness. Unfair position descriptions, unfair workloads where those who do work there are just dumped on, age discrimination by management. Just an incredibly crummy work environment.
People who hang around doing nothing and won’t leave causing others to do their work. It’s awful.
