Me. I don’t like crowds so don’t like live music. I don’t drink. Just staring at the ocean?? Boring. I hate hiking and I absolutely hate dogs!

I’m really fun and have a list of really cool list of awesome things to do around here if I only I had someone to do them with. Anyone else love live music? A day at the winery? Staring at the ocean? Hiking with your dog? Try clubbing one night just to remember how fun it is to dance and not care? I know it would help with all the stresses I (and everyone else) seem to feel with being a sandwich. Boring husband who never wants to do or initiate anything? Go out with your friends!! I just wish I knew where you all were. I can’t seem to find you.
It's so hard. I posted about this a couple days ago and, so far, am not having a lot of luck finding "meetups" and things that are directed to my demographic (in terms of age, local, non-single). It's frustrating. And giving me some anxiety over what the next 30 years is going to look like . . . . I don't do well when I'm bored or when I don't have social outlets.
Wow. Wtf. You lost me at non single. Why aren’t you willing to be friends with single people? Try to being less judgmental and maybe you will make more friends
DP but I don’t think she meant “non single” the way it sounded. I interpreted it to mean that she’s not looking to be part of meetups where the focus is dating/looking for partners. Some groups are — and there’s nothing wrong with that but the dynamics are different. Maybe try assuming good intent instead of attacking someone who is just looking for friendship.
