I think I’m done with network TV. Every time I like a show it gets canceled. The last show I watched was The Company You Keep and it got the axe its first season. I don’t have to watch the latest show as it comes out. I’d rather wait for a show to finish, so I know I won’t be left hanging with unfinished story arcs, and then binge the series.

Have really enjoyed the CBS Thursday line up this year, Young Sheldon, Ghosts, So Help Me Todd, and now Elspeth. A lot of humor along with some drama has been fun, and a break from the boring reality shows.

We also like So Help Me Todd. I will always remember watching it with my teen during the pandemic. Somehow it made the world seem normal.

The fact that one even knows what CBS is dates a person. My niece is in high school and has never heard of the networks. No one in her family or ours has cable anymore, so the idea of associating a show with a three letter network seems really foreign these days. No such thing as a “channel” or a “timeslot” anymore either.

I'm in my 50s and the only network shows I watch are on CBS on Thursday nights, mainly because I need some comedy in my life along with the drama.

I'm not part of "that" generation, but I do watch a few network shows. Some people want to flex that they only watch streaming services, like that's better than watching network TV.

Blue Bloods is an hour-long drama show. My dad watches for Tom Sellack and the storyline (we're from NY). NYPD as a whole always watches shows about NYPD. All the New Kids on the Block fans watch for Donnie Wahlberg. Personally, I've always been a Will Estes fan, since he was on Lassie.
