yep, that's what it is.

If the holes are small enough, I can fix it, but otherwise, they are mostly inside shirts. I have a lot of these, too. I've started to wear an apron at the kitchen sink, but I still rub against the bathroom counter.

I tried darning one that was almost brand new the other day and it worked very well, but the t shirt had a subtle pattern, so it hid the sewing.

I’ve decided it must be the stone counter top, so I’ve decided to try to remember to tuck my shirt in while I’m cooking and/or wear an apron to see if it helps.
