Where do you live that adult men have time to be playing sports socially on any kind of regular basis? The ones I know have busy jobs and family responsibilities.
I mean, what’s confusing about this?
My DH best friend is an avid bowler and has been since we were in college. He never stopped playing. His wife also does something with friends once a week, and does Pilates in the evening.
My DH and I both work out once a day. He golfs once a week in the summer. In the summer, I bike outdoors sometimes twice a day.
Maybe learn to make a little time for YOU instead of judging everyone else who does. Whats stopping you?
