Well, some Arlington parents are desperate for them to find new coaches!
They seem to have put effort into finding good ECNL coaches for this coming year. But absolutely no thought into the lower teams. Specifically for the boy 09s and 10s who are stuck with the same coaches they have had the previous 2 years- even though Arlington has always rotated after 2 years.

My kid was the top player on the team and would regularly guest play up, but when it came time for tryouts the coach tried everything to keep my kid on the same team instead of helping my kid develop and move up. I ended up emailing the age director asking for a meeting. Afterward, my kid was moved up.

Are people saying stay away from HG? Would love to hear more thoughts on him as a coach.

I don't think a person with teammates leaving for Valor is going to be going to Arlington, that's really far.

What age group will be he in the fall? Maybe people know if the Valor coaches that age are any good or if nearby teams have goo coaches.

Maybe this is a good thing for SYC lol
