Agree with this. Incredibly stressful. We only got one embryo and I now have a 4 year old from it, so feel extremely lucky but the whole process was so stressful, even the pregnancy and birth.

That all IVF pregnancies are (at least) medium risk pregnancies, higher rates of C-section (50%), they want the baby out on the due date
RE ability is *extremely* uneven, the typical RE does not keep on top of the literature
80% of REs will blame IVF failure on egg quality, which may or may not be the case. I know somebody who was talked into egg donor, burned though all the embryos, oopsies there's male and uterine factors

IMHO, the stress of infertility was worse than when I had breast cancer a few years later. I am glad I made it through both experiences and wish you the best!
Can you share which Fed insurance covers IVF?
