Neither of those medicines are for diabetics. And by the way, most of us who need these medications are on the precipice of diabetes and trying to avoid it. This isn’t a vanity play.

Zepbound and Wegovy are manufactured, prescribed, and sold for weight management. Take it up with Eli Lilly for putting the meds in one box and not the other.
