I was going to suggest Momofuku. I have them almost daily for lunch. They sell them online and some flavors are in stores like Target and Whole Foods. Be careful with the spice levels though. The spicy ones are really spicy!!

They are massive salt and fat bombs. I love me a bowl of noodle soups, but I know they're super unhealthy. The salt content alone is horrendous. Asian noodles alone contain MASSIVE amounts of sodium. And that's not even considering the broth etc.
There are some lighter Asian soups, like tom yum that can be eaten instead. Maybe see if she can start substituting noodles for rice. At least you can control the sodium content.
Oh no, not SODIUM!! And FAT!!! OMG!
Good god, drink water, get some decent exercise, you'll be fine. Sodium and fat are both vital for your body and as long as you're not eating a caloric surplus and are getting a halfway decent spread of macronutrients you'll be fine.
You’re an absolute dumbass. Excessive sodium intake is a major contributor of cardiovascular disease, stroke, kidney failure, and early death. A single serving of rice or egg noodles alone can add up to almost half your DV of sodium. That’s not even counting the broth, sauces, marinated meats, etc. Noodle soups are horrific sodium bombs.
Sorry, who's the dumbass?
Rice noodles, dumbass. Can you read?
Go lookup the nutritional value on a pack of rice noodles. Sodium bombs.
Huh? Rice noodles themselves are not sodium bombs
You have never looked at the nutritional content of a pack of rice noodles used in something like Pho, have you?
Sodium bombs.
NP. Just went and looked up a bunch of different brands of rice noodles, and most had 0 sodium.

Sodium isn’t bad for you unless it causes you to have HBP. For most normal people it is fine.
