The dumb part about it isn't that she's a known liar who promoted the big lie - it's that she's not a credible mouthpiece to even represent R points of view now. Who's still talking to her? Who still respects her on either side? What's she supposed to add here?
That said, I have to say I am kind of baffled about why she's the one that people got so upset about. I guess it was the timing and the salary, but - don't they have election deniers on their shows every day? Who else are they supposed to have on to represent the R point of view or give insight into what's going on on the R side of things?
Oh yes, because Chuck Todd are Kristin Welker are just so credible shilling for the DNC, and aren't known liars.![]()

Anonymous wrote:You can dislike the ideology of certain reporters, but don’t tell me that Rachel Maddow and Chris Matthews don’t research and report facts. I have listened to their podcasts and watched their shows. They know their stuff. The 30 minute piece Rachel did Monday was based on the research she did for her podcast and book on the Nazi propaganda in the 30s that led to trials for government officials.

Gotta say that I find this heartening in a way. Actual journalists and reporters took a stand and won. Part of this era that's been so jarring is the total failure of the media to just say what's going on - sugarcoating the word "lie" forever, lapping up every crazy thing Trump did, treating the GOP like everything was normal. This is a step back towards some semblance of sanity.
They have actual journalists and reporters at NBC and MSNBC? No, just folks dedicated to the party line. Poor Ronna would have been in for a tough ride but the inmates got their way.

This is the same network that promoted the Russian hoax for over 3 years.
And, now they scream "iNteGriTy?"
The reality is that their audience doesn't want to hear any opposing views. And, the hosts want to make sure they don't.
The audience is not interested in an opposing view that Biden did not win the election without a shred of credible evidence to back it up. If you want to listen to that nonsense, don't watch NBC.
MSNBC is an arm of the DNC. Can't have anyone who does not parrot the party line appearing.
