This is very sad. She was breathtakingly beautiful in the early 2000s. Whatever plastic surgery she had after that wasn't good but just made her look very "Hollywood"--pretty typical stuff. This, however, is disturbing.

She seems unwell both physically and mentally. Not surprising given the things these starlets go through to achieve a bit of fame. I hope she's getting proper care and support, but given this appeared in people I doubt it.
