How about Tobin or Bennett?

I like it, but I was a huge All-American Rejects fan back in the day, so I have a positive association with Tyson Ritter.

Gross, stop it with these weird spellings.

It’s ugly.

Chicken
Boxer
And there’s a dog I know named Tyson, so that’s an automatic no from me.

I’m black and kind of agree with this. It is a pretty common name among black Americans.

I thought of the model Tyson Beckford but did not know there was any racial skew. Is it a Southern thing? I have never run across anyone named Tyson other than the discussed celebrities.

Same with a lot of the other names she choose. Nothing wrong with that of course, but the OP seems a but clueless.

Op or her partner or both could be black. What a weird thing to write.

She responded that she is not black

I like Ethan and Nathan, but I don’t really like the others.

Suggestion: Tobias (Toby)

Same, Tyson’s corner and Tyson’s chicken. Like Ethan, Nathan. Jude is nice too, also Colby, Samuel, Flynn.

When I hear Tyson my first thought is definitely Mike Tyson.

From your list, I really like Ethan, Nathan (though I prefer Nathanael) and Samuel.

What do you think of Titus? My son is in his early 20's, but there was a Titus in his pre-school class and it was the first time I met someone with that name (and haven't met anyone since.)

I also kind of agree with this. I thought of Tyson Beckford. I'd be moderately surprised to meet a little white Tyson.

Ethan, Samuel, Nathan, Wesley (if you're Methodist), or Gavin.

That’s what I think of also. Probably because of Mike Tyson. But, I don’t like the name. It reminds me of chicken nuggets.
