Yes. BCP are bandaids even with endometriosis. And they have terrible side effects and can also affect fertility.

Lots of exercise, especially cardio, helped me as a teen. Make sure she’s getting 15-20k steps a day. Obviously make sure her diet is totally clean too. No junk.
