What was messy with Diane? They broke up 2016, he remarried and had a kid, divorce and now with Lupita. Diane has also moved on and had a kid. I think they are over each other.
I didn't say things with Diane were messy. The relationship with Jodie Turner-Smith was super messy -- met and had a casual thing, then she got pregnant, then they got married, then they got divorced 4 years later. So very short relationship and they still have a very young child together. Messy.
I don't think he's hung up on Diane, but his recent relationship history would definitely give me pause. Long relationship with no marriage and no kids, then short relationship with a kid and marriage in very quick succession? And I think his divorce only *just* finalized. Red flags all over the place.
Diane cheated on HIM, that's how that marriage ended. I think Jodie was a rebound and yes not a good fit.
