I guess I could, but I work in another country and don't check dcum that much when I am not in MD.

OMG, now I need to know more. Were you born in the US? Do you live in the US now? What do you do for work? For fun?

I can do the fun part, I cook for fun, and I ride horses for fun. I went to grad school later in life to learn, but also for fun. I loved every minute of it.

Back at work now. I don't think I'd like to do all that. People might recognize me.

At what point is it dangerous to eat too much cabbage? I am hoping to lose weight postpartum

I don't think it is dangerous...other than to your coworkers! if you over do it.

It's not giving me gas, so far!

My favorite way to cook fresh cabbage is a cabbage stew/soup. I cut up large chunks of cabbage, sauté onions, and carrots as the base, then add cabbage, some tomato paste, or a can of whole tomatoes, and then cook it for an hour. Sometimes I add beef to this for flavor, then braise beef first and add cabbage at the end. I usually make a large pot, which lasts a few days.

I make a similar dish in Instant pot. Sometimes I start with browning chunks of smoked kielbasa, then add onions and cabbage with some ketchup for color and sweetness.

You can make any variation you like, which is why it is such a simple yet great dish!
