Lots of kids who love BC do not apply to ND or Georgetown. They're really different schools. (Not arguing the point of national ranking)

True. This describes me. BC was my top choice, loved it. I am from a non religious family. I loved BC, the Jesuit education and the Jesuit compass (social and community values). My undergraduate years were a great experience socially and academically. I was prepared to succeed in the workplace, and had a job right out of college. It also prepared me for later graduate work I’m still in touch with my closest friends.

And BCs alumni employment network is amazing. It has kicked in for every job I’ve had, even after graduate school - where my school was top 5 - it was the BC interview conversations or lunches that allow you to shine as a person on top of shining as a professional.
