Sweet & creamy - take a leaf of Belgian endive, and put a dollop of goat cheese, a candied nut, and a dollop of honey on top.

I love endive with goat cheese, candied nut and a dollop of honey! It is the perfect combination.

I also like guava paste with some dubliner cheese on a bit of bread or a cracker!

how do you prepare the goat cheese to put in the endive? I have 2 logs of goat cheese I'd love to use.

Pp here. Nothing actually. I just cut a bit and put it in the endive leaf with a nut and honey. You can experiment to see how much you want to put. I spread it on a bit.

It (the goat cheese) is actually what you're supposed to use in the endive one.

Radicchio works too (if not Belgian endive)?

Bacon wrapped dates are my go to. But if you can't have meat, stuff dates with goat cheese.
