Umm, density does not equal crime. Crime usually happens in locations that are more convenient -- like close to bus stations, shopping malls, metro stations -- or with active nightlife (like bars and restaurants). This is none of those things.
It's like saying that the Crate & Barrel, Wagshal's, and Starbucks in Spring Valley/AU Park will be hotbeds of crime because it's dense around those areas. Just not based in reality.

There was already a lot of crime from the aquatic nexus of that pool store and the aquarium store.
