Having lived in an HOA before, I'm glad to be done with them.
Somebody post me some pics of houses where one is living in the early 2020s. I have a very hard time differentiating between eras, unless it's been a really long time (I could easily pick out 70s or 80s, but can't see the difference between 2000 and 2020 (which is now worrying me because my house was built in 96 and is basically a stand-alone townhome like the one at issue here)).
