She has a consulting firm (which is probably quite successful with her elite network), was HC's chief of staff forever and had roles in state department, wrote a book and runs HC's foundation with Chelsea Clinton. Her parents also were quite wealthy so probably received an inheritance as well. Knowing HC thinks of her as a daughter, she probably advised for a tight prenuptial contract for her marriage.

I watched a doc about Anthony Weiner running for mayor in NYC, I think, when he was trying to rehabilitate himself. No surprise but their relationship seemed so strange. She struck me as masochistic and that he had some superpower over her. I came away not liking her at all.
