We received packages from both of the schools my son was accepted to. They were mailed and arrived on acceptance day, so neither school saw the other package. Both were very cute and it made the day fun.

They don't come into your home. And I doubt they even knock on the door (maybe ring the bell and leave on porch).
+1. No one is going to show up at your house unannounced and expect to be invited in to hang out with you.
