I'll set it up on my phone to start tomorrow and we can stay at home most of the weekend. We've resorted to diapers at daycare for now after we spoke and will get in much better at home first.

Op here I don't have time on weekdays between grocery shopping and chores and the baby, that I can't watch over her, so I can only give her all the attention looking for cues on weekends.
PP poster here. Maybe my kid was just easy but I didn't stand around watching for her cues. She peed in her pants a couple times and that was the end of it.
OP here - we're waiting for a delivery on a potty timer. If I wasn't watching her and taking her when she looks ready we'd only have success about 2 times in 10, I'm hoping the timer can help make it more consistent in evenings.
To PPs and others did you use a potty watch when on chores and out as well?

Yep she's getting there with pulling pants up and down, we're still working on it but doing well.
I can't take an extra two days off until holiday in April, so hard to commut to a full 4 day period. We tried our long period of training over the holidays
That seems quite strict, won't most children still have the odd accident at 3. She's a long way away from being accident free for two weeks she'll get distracted at some point. This isn't in my daycares policy but will ask as it isn't specific
I don’t know about the daycare person who posted but my daycare was totally fine with the odd accident 2-4. I think they’d have been fed up if it was daily, but not every once in a while. I think asking a kid to be “accident” free while they’re in diapers/pull-ups is pretty ridiculous to be honest — they know they can pee in pull-ups without repercussions. My kid went from peeing in pull-ups one week to wearing undies without any accidents the next week from a daycare point of view (there were many many weekend days in home in undies with accidents of course).
