You're doing it wrong. I've been on WW for two years now and don't eat any of the processed stuff. I eat a ton of fruits and veggies coupled with mostly lean meats. i eat good carbs like sourdough bread and sweet potatoes and rice (in moderation). I don't eat processed sugars.
