People who eat a clean high fiber diet consume fewer calories naturally - careful research has established this. A healthy gut produces glp-1 naturally and that reduces appetite. A healthy diet doesn’t drive overeating. Moving the body regularly also reduces appetite. It’s only when you get to the level of intense exercise that it drives higher calorie consumption and most of us are nowhere near that.
I know people are sick of hearing me say this but a clean diet really works. It’s healthier and cheaper than Ozempic et al.
The point isn’t that this diet doesn’t exist. It’s that this diet DOES exist but it’s existed for a long time so how would Kelly all of a sudden have discovered it after struggling with her weight her whole life?
My guess is they’re not taking Ozempic, they’re taking another one but people just ask about Ozempic and they can say no, I don’t take that, because they’re taking Wegovy or whatever.
