The attempted assault Saturday night/Sunday morning is actually an assailant who attacked a woman as she parked in front of a Potomac yard townhouse. He pushed her into an alley and tried to remove her pants. Thank God she screamed and fought and he ran away. She immediately called 911.

So far, I think Jacinta Greene, Jesse O'Connell and Abdel Elnoubi are the candidates most in lock step with the current council. But who knows, everyone running might be.
