Better talk to an accountant about taxes. Does your employer know you are doing this? Does it have other employees in Quebec? If not you are creating tax implications for them too and they might not like that.

Atlanta. The South is nice, but I miss being around immediately family and less conservative people.

Arlington. I’m remote, DH is hybrid fed.

It crossed my mind to move further out, but I love our neighborhood.

I got remote and moved out of the DMV because I heard they can make remote workers in commuting distance of the DC office revert back to telework and in office.
