Small to medium for you. Clearly—since you also ate a second main course. Are you overweight? Tell the truth.
Irrelevant fat shaming of someone who might not even be overweight. Shame on you. DP
Fine, maybe he’s not overweight, just gluttonous. Who eats two entrees?!
Someone who thinks their dining partner's entree was particularly delicious?

Frankly, I think it was tacky to ask her for her food on a date. But it's also pretty tacky to ask for a doggy bag on a date.
Let it go. If she was really into you, this wouldn't have mattered. I guess she just isn't.
Food waste is what’s tacky. If your values don’t align, happy to toss you back into the sea.
I don't waste food.
But if I went on a date, I wouldn't order food I wasn't hungry enough to eat, or order too much so that I could take some home.
If you’re a woman with a normal appetite, most restaurant entrees are too much.
I've never had a problem eating a restaurant entree. (Not overweight either, since I know you'll go there).
I don't live in the US though.
It’s perfectly well known that US entrees are much bigger than in other countries, so your data point is irrelevant. Thanks so much for contributing!

There is no food waste in this situation.
If you were paying attention, I was specifically responding to the idea that a doggy bag is tacky. Keep up or sit down.
It is tacky on a second date.
The point is to spend time together and share a meal, not make some show of eating like a bird, or getting a free lunch for the next day.
If I didn't like my meal or couldn't finish it, I'd probably ask my date if he wanted it.
People are so weird.
