Also mid-40s and never had it. And no real interest. It's not that expensive but I feel like that's kind of how they get you -- I think once you do it, you get used to the way your face looks with it, and then you don't like how you look without it, so you will want to keep doing it. I don't really want to add this to stuff I need to pay for maintenance on. Similarly, I'm toying with the idea of going gray. It's so hard though! Even though I know women with gray hair who I think look great. But that's what happens -- I'm so used to how I look with my grays blended out, that now when I see them coming back in, I instantly hate it.
We'll see though. I don't actually worry that much about my eyes or forehead -- women in my family are not prone to a ton of wrinkles in these areas, and my mom in her 70s really only has fine lines and her face still looks youthful in this way. But we are prone to jowls and I can already see them starting. But that means fillers, not Botox, and I'm grossed out by how fillers never really go away and can migrate. But I know I'm going to hate my jowls.
Aging is hard!
