Exactly what I said. He's in the audience as they debate whether to censure him for not appearing under subpoena. Now Marjorie Taylor Greene is ranting about January 6.
CSPAN has become the new comedy central.

Here’s the clip - Biggs, Jordan, Perry, McCarthy and Meadows.

You just can't make this stuff up!
He had his chance to speak before, but he decided to stage a circus outside.
Now he can face the consequences or continue to hide in the White House with daddy.
He is willing to testify in open committee. The GOP doesn't want that because they won't be able to lie about his testimony to the right wing echo chamber.
Why won't the GOP let him testify in open committee? There is no reason for it, and when asked by the left, no GOP member has been able to answer the question.
The GOP wants to hold a closed deposition first - just like the Democrats have done with J6 - in order to avoid the circus like we saw today. An open hearing does not allow for the follow up questions that a closed deposition allows. A closed hearing allows questioners to probe much more deeply than an open hearing allows. Closed deposition first, then open hearing.
And, as for your bolded accusation.....the transcripts are always made public so that pretty much ruins your argument.
Here’s Comer saying either a closed or open hearing is fine, though. Why so picky now?
Highlighted during the hearing.
