I am no prude, but I do think the gym is for getting down to business and good hygiene and public health practices should be observed. It used to be that you had to cover your shoulders and stomach in the gym. Now, apparently, you can workout in your bikini. I don't know about you, but I don't want to sit on a bench after a woman in booty shorts has been on it, no matter if she sprayed it or not. That's nasty af.

Leggings that are thick enough to not be transparent... and a sport tee shirt that is fitted but not super clingy. Whenever i have the more defined arms i am working on i will happily switch to tank tops
I remember wearing new leggings without checking to see if they were thick enough. I don’t wear underwear with leggings because it bothers me when I work out. Well, I was stretching with my butt in the air from a downward dog, and the guys in my gym only told me after class that they could see my ass the whole time. Haha
Fake news
