I'm OP. The way it was explained during the Arlington Tech info session is it was basically a way to make sure the student had a general understanding of what the program is before applying. If people had to write about HB, it would be an emperor has no clothes moment: private school paid by public money. That’s all you can write.


So you mean the emperor does have clothes? Because otherwise that makes no sense.


We all pretend HB has a specific program and focus, and if they write it down it would be someone calling out the emperor for being naked (ie no program).
