It would never happen. Because the law protects men, then corpses, then fetuses, then women.

It's hard enough being a health practitioner these days. Imagine what it's like for OB and ER doctors in Texas! How can they possibly do their job under these circumstances? They are being asked to put aside their judgement, scientific training, and the Hippocratic oath they took (which presumably is sacred to most of them) due to political expediency. How many of us could work under these conditions?
