Let's not BS. Work place "harassment" is only harassment if the person making the comment isn't attractive. When a good looking man gives a woman a compliment it's fine. When an ugly man gives a woman a compliment it's offensive.

In the end it's all subjective. When I worked in corporate America I was flirty (not married at the time) with all the cute ladies. Never ever had an issue. I am above average looking and I stay in shape. But, I also read the exact same ladies complain about other guys talking to them who were not as good looking or they just didn't like them.

Again, it's all subjective.

I think you are giving an extreme example. Most women who are harassed that’s not go to the level you are describing I am sorry.
