I made Cheese Fondue + a big green salad this year due to the same issues and it was amazing and a big hit so now I think this will be a holiday tradition for us.
I made shrimp, steak and sausage. For veggies we did carrots, celery, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, roasted mushrooms, garlic roasted potatoes and also had several kinds of bread and pretzel bites.
Dessert we made dark chocolate and white chocolate marble with fruit and various brownies, cookies and marshmallows to dip.
