Most of the boys who will become top end swimmers become obvious early on. Predicting the top end girls at 17-18 is a crap shoot. Take a look at the 10&u groups at the 2016 PVS JOs. Wow, I just and looked through the results and you are right. I wonder why the huge difference in genders or what happens.
