A new tactic I've never seen before is to swerve in front of you and slam on the breaks and or turn the lights off and hope there is a collision. How can I record this behavior if I'm in this situation and how can I protect myself physically?

And exactly WTF is the point of someone speeding around an already-slow driver, to pull in front of them and stand on their brakes, so they’re now going even SLOWER than the slow car they just went around in a fit of rage?
