This post just screams FAKE!
Nothing seems fake to me except one thing: the hallway isn’t described as providing any plausible privacy for the kissers. If it were a basement hallway or third floor hallway, maybe. Nobody would do this in a semi-sneaky way; it would be in public under the mistletoe or somewhere actually pretty safe from exposure. Like in a good 19th century novel.

Fast forward one year… one couple moved away, the other is still here. I believe the local couple shared their kissing misadventure with their spouse, no idea about the moved away couple. I don’t ever from them.
No idea what you should do with this OP; just wanted to share.
Well if I walked in on kissing I would pretend to have seen nothing, but if they had the gall to confront me about it I’d probably tell all the spouses and the MILs.

When I lived in Germany, I was told there was a law that you could not divorce your spouse for anything they did during the pre-lenten time parties. That same law should apply to American Christmas parties. Mind your own business but if you're tempted then remember that the messenger is frequently the one who gets shot!
