Having any apps linked to $ on phone is risky now, including bank accounts, Uber, Venmo, etc.
These crimes can't be tolerated, but they sure as hell can be enabled.
We live in that general neighborhood and it has certainly been tolerated. Violent crime around Coolidge, Wells and Whittier is too regular an occurance. I’m not voting for Janeese next election.
