The assessment is done. The psychologist hinted that she’d recommend that I return to work and continue treatment with my therapist.

You are working and presumably earning money. If your husband wants that to continue, he may have to accept spending the money for a consultation with an employment lawyer.

Oh wow, so my guess is the evaluation was to determine if you might be a risk of violence against yourself or others. I don't see this being a positive outcome.
