That's bizarre. You CAN'T have turkey any day, unless you're talking deli meat.

Why can't you make turkey any time of the year? There may not be big piles of it sitting in coolers in the grocery store, but you can certainly find a whole turkey if you want one.
Which brings up another point - no one does. The surest sign that very few people really love turkey is that no one makes it any time other than Thanksgiving.

That's because a whole roasted turkey is terrible. Yes, even yours, whomever is going to respond they theirs is fantastic.
Even yours.
What is terrible about turkey? Do you dislike chicken as well?

Which of these is what I need for 2 "just ham no turkey" eaters plus 10 casual ham eaters?
spiral, honey ham, country ham, ham steak, mini ham

Every year I pick up a Honey Baked Ham the week of Thanksgiving, and I never pre-order (this will be my 24th year hosting, except for one year of covid, so I guess 23). They re already spiraled, just put on a nice platter with a serving fork. We also serve turkey
That ends up taking a pre-ordered ham from someone else. It's first come first served. Never mind if you prepaid and expected them to actually have a ham for you. Just get a ham from somewhere else.
I don’t get this. They just pre sell as many hams as they want, but don’t set them aside? So what happens if you prepay and go to pick up and there’s no ham? Refund?
