This discussion is fascinating. Mainly because it is pointless.

Getting work done is so commonplace now for people with fame and money like Taylor that this question is akin to debating whether or not she is wearing mascara.

The answer is that she almost certainly had work done and also that it just doesn't matter. It isn't wrong or right, it just...is.

No but my eyes didn't magically get bigger and less hooded, nor did my nose thin out. Generally aging does the opposite to both features -- eyes narrow and get more hooded, noses get broader. She's either had work done or she's Benjamin Button.

OR…she uses contouring makeup, and did her eye make-up differently 🙄

Agreed. I think there are a lot of Swifties that are in denial that she's had work done. I really wish she would just own it-I have so much more respect for celebrities (and people in general) who are honest about their plastic surgery/cosmetic procedures.

This. I have no problem with her having work done -- she is in the public eye all the time and is a performer. Wanting to look as good as you possibly can in that situation just makes sense, and she has the money to get really good plastic surgery done (it's seriously impeccable). I view it as yet another smart and canny move she made.

But pretending it's just weight gain or aging? Come on, we have eyes.

In the second pic her face looks leaner. Her entire nose looks smaller, even her nostrils. Her eyes are more open. Her jawline shape looks the same but seems softer in the first pic.

I also agree that her eyes + nose do look different now and I just assumed that she had cosmetic surgery.

At least it was done in a way that didn’t radically change her appearance like Kylie Jenner or Bella Hadid.

While I think she is pretty, she is not a knockout 💄 like most celebrities are after going under the knife.

You can see how the skin above her eye hangs down which makes her eyes look smaller. The inside of her eyebrow slopes down into the corner of her eye. That overhang is now gone and her eyebrow is in a different location. You can see her in videos on her instagram page and in candid shots (without all the filters). She clearly has had work on her eyes (brow lift and upper eyelid work). I think she had very subtle work on her nose. It is just thinned a little and has a slightly different shape with that bit of refinement that you see with surgery. I don't think it is make-up as the difference is in candid shots too.

I am pretty sure she had her breasts done as she didn't lose her breasts when she got really skinny and definitely changed sizes over the years.

Anyways, she has millions of millions and hasn't changed her look dramatically. I would probably get eye surgery too if I had droopy eyelids and the money to fix it.

It’s just how makeup is done these days, it’s not a “fix.” If you understand how contour is applied you can recognize it easily.

Uh, no, most people are not doing their makeup like Insta skanks.

If you actually look at the link, the Skin Care Edit has like 6 photos of her face pr-2020 and her eyes are smaller in every photo, regardless of her expression. And regardless of makeup style (and she had a lot of them) she has visible hoods over her eyes. Then starting 3 years ago, her eyes look more open and the hoods are gone.

And here are two more photos of her old nose and eyes. This is 2006 and 2007:

I don't think she's had anything done but i do think she has a padded bum in her costume in a couple of those photos. I don 't think she'd be insane enough to do that goofy surgery of all things.

I think she finally gained healthy weight.

Some of those 'comparison photos' on the hater sites have clearly been photoshopped or are really not comparable due to camera angle differences. Long and low in flat shoes and you look wide... higher angle in heels and you look smaller.

She looks exactly the same to me in these pictures except in one she is squinting.

Her eyes were small and squinty pre surgery.

Exactly. Do they think women who catfish are rich? no, they're poor because surgery would fix everything. If taylor want's a big butt, boobs, thinner nose, wider eyes she can afford it.

I couldn't care less if she had plastic surgery but the photos, especially the one on the right, are so photoshopped that they can't be used for that kind of analysis.
