I hate this house with a cold passion.

I would disappear the house and live in the pool house and go swimming.

This is very, very common - the house on the tv thing.

I agree the house is poorly staged - did they cover all the furniture with cheap microfiber slipcovers??? They should have, at a minimum, smoothed out the microfiber before taking pictures so it didn't look all splotchy.

Plus all the bedrooms have TVs. Way too many screens, they need to read some books.

Is there a book about their house?

It is realtor speak my first house I bought in 2000 with “new windows throughout house” it had windows installed in 1992. Considering 1955 house I considered then new. I used same realtor to sell in 2018 and she put “updated windows throughout house” I guess at 26 years ago “young” they are “updated” I can’t wait for next sale! Maybe “refreshed windows throughout house”

Obviously the realtor inserted the photo into the pictures after the fact, probably due to some inane theory that the black screen of an "off" television made those photos less aesthetically pleasing, or some idea that repeating the photo of the house on all the TVs would help it sell. Realtors are very dumb sometimes.

But smarter than OP.

Yeah the photo of the home photoshopped on the TV is super weird.

The only thing I took away from this post is that you don’t know how to spell Chipotle.
