Wow you are a hero! The gift you know you gave to two others will be a gift that keeps on giving to yourself...and them!

I have a silver charm from Tiffany — that has custom engraving. Maybe something like that?

these are great!

Yes. I was going to suggest Mantraband. You can customize it to say whatever you want which is what I liked about it; I don't always like the sayings on these things. I have one that says, "You already have everything you need" which was something I needed to be reminded of for a while. It's cute, small, unobtrusive and personal and nice quality but not expensive.

I also love this idea, I am definitely bringing it up to him. Think that's special.

thank you he is now. THANK GOD. I agree about this and he has already stated a long letter which will accompany his gift.

So no jewelry gifts ever? Ever before marriage? But what if they divorce?

Dp i don't like jewelry. For me, a gift for what I like to do would be better ie a new pickleball paddle or a nice massage.

Op does your son know what the girlfriend likes?

If I was the girlfriend I wouldn't want a gift. The gift would be my boyfriend being alive!

Have you son take her out to dinner and continue to be thoughtful and caring!

Anonymous wrote:He was thinking maybe some kind of a beautiful necklace with a special saying on it, but he wants to give it to her fairly soon. He wants something meaningful and significant but not in the way that means expensive, he is willing to spend a few hundred (as his budget allows) he does not want to send flowers, or anything like that but something with sone genuine thought as a way to say thank you. I realize it's an unusual gift idea request, any ideas most appreciated.

How did she save him?
