I still use mine at least once a week, mainly for:
Yogurt
Beans / lentils
Soup / stew
Bone broth
Indian curries, pulao
Hard boiled eggs (SO much easier to peel)

Every once in a while I’ll use it for a whole chicken, or braised beef, or pulled pork - but not as often.

Mine is a combo, so I use the slow cook function and the pressure cooker function, maybe once a month?

Love mine! It's certainly not "Instant" but now that I'm working from home more, I love getting it set up so dinner is ready after taking kids to lessons / practice etc. I also love that I can brown meat in it. Just used it last night for beef stew!

I also use it once or twice a week for rice, dried beans, or stew. I’ve had it for years and am very fond of it.

Yes, but it’s been years since I used the pressure cooker function in it. I use it mostly as slow cooker.

We use it weekly. It's really good for chilis, soups, pulled chicken for tacos, rice (plain and Mexican style), and Indian recipes work great also.

We've also had ours for about 4 years and haven't had to replace, even with weekly use. It has completely replaced our crockpot.

Yep! I still use it a lot more than I expected to. Hard boiled eggs, lentils and other beans, chicken and broth, pre-cooking meat, potatoes and sweet potatoes, steaming dumplings, reheating frozen food…. I also use it for rice and grains when I need a larger quantity than my small rice cooker can handle. Also: that butter chicken recipe! I cook at home a lot more than I used to — because the InstaPot makes it easier: No pots to watch.
